RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect decisions.

Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery (online orders) or click and collect pickup date. 
  • All exchange postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued a unique online credit code valid for 4 months.
  • Click and Collect returns can be returned to the same address once discussed. An exchange must be completed on this day, hard copy credit notes will not be issued. 
  • Please note: once a credit is used, the order is not eligible for further exchange.

Exclusions

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items, FINAL SALE items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at modestyhaus@gmail.com
  • Faulty items will be replaced within 3–14 days.

Credit Codes

  • Credit codes are single-use only and must be used in full in one transaction.
  • Valid for 4 months from the date of issue.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the above conditions have not been met.
